Congratulations to our newly elected officers. Many thanks go to our election judge Judy Paye and tellers Craig Oliver and Dan Termine for their work in making this election go smoothly. The full slate of officers elected to a three-year term to begin in July is as follows:

We will be conducting meetings to explain the tentative agreement for our successor contract next Monday June 13th at 10:30 AM, 4:00 PM, and 5:30 PM with the polls open from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM for voting. These will take place at the IBEW Local 86 union hall at 2300 East River Road in Rochester. Additionally, the polls will be open for voting only on Tuesday June 14th from 8:00 AM through 1:00 PM at our own local union office at 595 Blossom Road, Suite 303, in Rochester. An official meeting notice with all of these details will be sent via US Mail to all members by the close of business today.
An extension to the existing contract has been executed to allow for the extra time needed. Our collective bargaining agreement will now remain in full force and effect through Tuesday June 14th, 2022.
Your negotiating committee strongly encourages all members to participate in voting on this important subject. We look forward to seeing you next week.
