Contract Negotiations Have Begun

Last week Local 36 began contract negotiations for our RG&E bargaining unit. Over the coming days and weeks, we need everyone to stand in solidarity with their bargaining team. Please continue to keep up the high level of work that is expected of an IBEW member so that you do not become a target of management if negotiations do not go well. A great way to show solidarity is to wear your union shirt. We will be having our monthly union meeting on Thursday where a more detailed explanation of the progress we have made will be outlined. I hope to see everyone at the meeting on Thursday.
