The Local will be conducting IBEW Steward's Training on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The training will be held in the conference room across the hall from the Union Office which is located on the 3rd Floor at 595 Blossom Road,Rochester, NY 14610. Dinner and refreshments will be provided.
It is important that any stewards who have not attended this training before to please arrange your schedule so that you can attend; for all other stewards, your attendance is highly encouraged. This training is also open to any other members of the Local who are interested in becoming a steward in the future, or have any interest in becoming more involved or educated in the workings of the local union even if you are not interested in a steward's position at the moment.
Please RSVP to the Union office by phone (585-654-5812) or e-mail (ibewlocal36@frontiernet.net) by 12:00 noon on Tuesday September 5, 2017 so that we can get an accurate count on how many attendees we will have. If you are attending, please bring along a copy of your Collective Bargaining Agreement and, for current stewards, also bring your MOA Booklet if you have it.
