Class Action Lawsuit RG&E

Local 36's own Craig Rode, Jeff Hagadorn, and David Ortega are the lead plaintiffs in a class action against RG&E to recover unpaid wages for pre-shift work.  The class action has settled and the parties are in the process of seeking court approval of the settlement.  Many (but not all) of you are included in the class and should have received a notice in the mail about the class action settlement.  If you received a notice in the mail, be sure to sign and return the claim form as instructed so that you may share in the settlement proceeds.  The claim form deadline is March 9.  If you need a replacement claim form or have any questions about the settlement, you should contact the Local at 585-654-8828 or class counsel at 800-724-3190.
